What are the delivery charges?
Please enter the qtys desired and your postcode / suburb combination in the SHIPPING CALCULATOR in any product page for accurate shipping charges. We offer free shipping on orders over $300, in some cases there are freight costs involved for some postcodes but you will see them at checkout before finalising your order. (mostly in WA, NT and some regional areas) 

There are certain areas that may require additional shipping fees irrespectively if the order had shipping costs associated or it offered free shipping, if your location requires an extra fee, we will contact you with the best shipping quote we can source before processing your order. You can choose to accept the additional shipping charges or cancel your order for a full refund.

Delivery information & time frames?
Transit times varies depending on your location, to find out the ETA to your address, simply go to any product page and go to the SHIPPING CALCULATOR, enter your postcode and suburb to see the ETA. Please be aware that during Christmas break period, the given eta could be delayed by an extra 5 working days as some warehouses, depots and even courier companies close for the end of year break.

Are deliveries door to door?
Most deliveries are door to door but please note that sometime the courier service will drop off at the closest pick up point (either because they cannot do door to door delivery to a particular address as the address is out of the courier's delivery area). Please be aware that although this is not a common scenario where items are left to be picked up at a pick up point, if you refuse to pick up the item at your closest pick up point, the item will be returned to the sender and you will refunded minus the cost shipping cost (irrespectably if the order had shipping cost associated or it was shipped free of charge). Rural areas are depot only service and in some remote areas we cannot deliver.

Are tracking details provided?
Yes you will receive tracking details with all of your orders so you can track your delivery.

Specific delivery requirements
Should special requirements be requested (eg needing to be contacted before a delivery takes place, or requiring a specific time or date for delivery) we'd like you to please note that all deliveries are done by third party courier and transport company and we have no control on how they operate therefore we cannot guarantee any  of the above mentioned requirements can be fulfilled.

Authority to Leave
You can give authority to leave by leaving a comment at checkout to leave your purchased goods somewhere of your liking. This means that you are liable for any loss or damage that occurs as a result of you giving the transport company authority to leave.

Calling card
If nobody is at the nominated address your purchased items may be left in a safe and secure place like a reception of an apartment building or in a home environment, at a front door / porch or under a carport / veranda, if the courier driver deems it as safe. Alternatively, if nobody is at the nominated address to accept and sign for the item and the courier driver does not spot a safe place to leave goods unattended, they will leave a calling card for you to call them and make suitable delivery arrangements. Another scenario that may happen there was no safe place to leave the item sometimes the courier service will drop off at the closest pick up point and you will be notified on your tracking email where the pick up point is.

Delivery Guarantee
If an item is lost during transit, you will be eligible for a full refund or replacement. Simply contact us to let us know the delivery is outside the estimated delivery time mentioned in your confirmation email you receive after placing the order with us and we will send an inquiry to the relevant courier. Once the freight company has confirmed the item is lost, this may take a week to a fortnight at most to investigate fully, we will process your refund or replacement within a few business days.

Wrong address
In the unlikely event that the wrong address is supplied at checkout, please be aware that it will be the buyers responsibility to notify the shipping company (if the item has been dispatched) to change to the correct address, if this still results in the purchased item being delivered to the wrong address we will not liable for any loss or damages. If the wrong address results in “return to sender” from the courier company, you can chose to re-deliver at the correct address at your own expense or opt for a refund minus the shipping cost we incurred (irrespective if the order had free shipping or not there are costs associated with all deliveries).

Pre-order products
If you ordered multiple items that amount to over $300 and some of these items are pre-order products, you may have to wait for the pre-order products to arrive back in stock and then all products will be shipped together to qualify for free shipping. Also for orders under $300 with multiple items containing pre-order products, orders will be dispatched when all products are available for delivery.

Do we deliver to PO Box addresses?
Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses because of signature requirements..
