How long will it take my rug to arrive?

Transit times vary depending on your location. To get an ETA for your specific address, go to any product page and enter your postcode/suburb into our shipping calculator. We will provide an instant ETA. Please note that the ETA could be delayed an extra five days over Christmas as some warehouses, depots and courier companies close for the end of year break.

Can I return my rug?

If you aren’t completely happy with your new rug, you are more than welcome to return it to us, as long as you do so within 30 days of the original purchase. We cannot accept returns after 30 days. To return your rug, please email info@rug.com.au within 30 days of the purchase date, and you will receive a return authorisation number. When we receive your unused items in their original condition, we’ll provide a refund by crediting your original payment method.
