• Are your kids rugs machine washable?
  
  Synthetic rugs are often machine washable, but please check the label on your rug for cleaning instructions before performing any kind of cleaning tasks. 
  
  To machine wash your kid’s rug follow these steps:
  
  1. Take the rug outside and shake out as much excess dirt as you can
  2. Use an approved stain remover to pre-treat any stained sections of the rug
  3. Place your rug into the washing machine (note: if using a toploader we recommend balancing the load with towels or other items of washing)
  4. Add detergent and select a gentle, warm water cycle
  5. Once the cycle is complete, remove from machine and line dry
   
• Can I return a rug if it doesn’t suit my child’s room?
  
  You sure can! We want you to find the perfect rug for your child’s bedroom, so if the one you ordered just doesn’t quite fit, we’re happy for you to return it to our warehouse. We accept change of mind returns up to 30 days after the original purchase date. All items must be in their original packaging and be in their original condition. Once we receive your return we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within a week. 
   
• Do you offer Zippay or Afterpay on your kids rugs?
  
  We offer both Afterpay and Zippay on all our kids rugs. 
  
  Pay for your new kids rug in four easy interest free installments with Afterpay or make weekly, fortnightly or monthly repayments with Zippay.

• How long will it take for my rug to arrive?
  
  Most rugs will arrive within a week depending on where you live, but please allow 5-10 business days for transit. Peak times like Christmas may incur longer waiting times of up to an extra 5 business days. You will receive tracking details on all your orders so you can keep track of your order’s progress.

• Do I need to buy a non-slip pad to put under my kids rug?
  
  Many of our kids' rugs are rubber backed, making them non-slip, however we highly recommend adding a non-slip pad underneath non-rubber backed rugs. 
  
  Read the product descriptions on our individual kids rugs to find out if a non-slip pad is required. Non-slip pads not only prevent your rug from sliding underfoot, they also protect your hard floors from wear and tear.
